Will a performance Chip increase much horsepower?

I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler JK. I wanted to add some extra horsepower to it and thought a performance chip would be worth while. I already have a cold air intake and a cat-back exhaust on it, but I want something that will give me more power. I was thinking about the UNICHIP module for my Jeep, but don't know if it actually adds much horsepower. If you know any other ways to add HP then leave me a comment please.
