Hypertech 752001 Speedometer Calibrator Programmer

I own a 2004 toyota tacoma sr5 3.4L v6. The engine has a few upgrades including a throttle body spacer, a K&N cold air intake and JBA Headers. I am really wanting to improve gas mileage on this truck is has a 9 inch lift and 35" tires,,,would a unichip or any performance chip help w/ that? If so Would I need a custom performance chip to be compatible w/ all the modifications of the engine? Also a question about Speedometer calibrators, do those improve gas mileage, and would it if I had both installed or would one cancel out the other? thanks for any info -Alex
