Woman Hit By Metrobus in NE DC Dies
WASHINGTON, D.C. - A the missis who was hit by a Metrobus in Northeast Washington on Monday tenebrousness has died.
Stephanie Richardson was on her way home from her job as a motel clerk when Metro officials and witnesses say she got off a Metrobus, walked in front of her bus to pass over the street and walked right into the path of another Metrobus.
Richardson, 61, was attempting to irascible Mount Olivet Road around 6:30 p.m. Monday continuously when she was hit by a bus trying to pass the one she had just left. The driver of the top-hole bus has been placed on routine leave, and so far no charges have been filed.
Richardson lived fair a few blocks from where she was hit. Witnesses tell FOX 5 when she stepped off a D8 Metrobus and walked into the road of another D8 bus that was attempting to pass, she was not in a crosswalk.
