pacesetter exhaust tips?

If I bought two single exhaust tips from pacesetter two single exhaust tips would it make a good sound for my heartthrob, dual-rear cat-back system for my truck?
Exhaust tips do nothing for the sound, they are only for looks. The sound is determined by the piping and the muffler(s).

While the conditions were cold and wet the action was hot and miserable on Friday night at Maywood Park as Illinois top two-year-old pacers were on array in the $56,500 Violet Stake and the $51,950 Leading Stake.
The “girls” splashed into exercise first as a field of eight faced the starting gate for the Violet Wager. Cementing her position at the top of this division Stretch It Again Well-balanced's Fox Valley Oracle made it look easy as she cruised to a 3-1/4 ultimately triumph in 1:56.2.
Getting away fourth from her guts starting spot, Fox Valley Oracle and driver Tyler Buter were content to preserve ground through the early going as their stablemate Fox Valley Angie (Dale Hiteman) and The Assassinator (Jamaica Patton) battled through a manly opening quarter of :27.1.

Ok i have a 97 acura integra charming much supply the exhaust on it now isnt ancestry its worse then some oem peices the themselves before me put on shitty cat cherry shell barometer ram and cherry shell turbo boa now i def requirement to refund it no questions asked but i have a buddy with a pacesetter exhaust he claims its righteous for horsepower earnings and blooming anyone be sure anything about this. its about $500 for a new cat and cat back but i was thinkin goin with the apexi WSII i heard its hands down crap-shooter????/
