would bbk headers fit with magnaflow cat-back exhaust system?

I have a v6 07 mustang and i was planning to put on some BBK shorty headers with a magna flow cat-back exhaust system i was wanting to know if they would fit with out any adjustments and how it sounds if someone has already installed.
should sound like a Jaguar..
