How do you remove the rear and front bumper covers on a 1989 Ford Tempo GL?

I need to know how to remove both bumper covers on a Tempo GL. The old lady who owned it before me broke the front one, and I broke the back one and I don't want to spend $280 for both covers when I can just Bondo and paint these ones. I'm sure it's the same for most all years, so if you know how to for another year, share your wisdom.

Toyota Highlander Adds New Options on Base Grade Models For 2010
The 2009 Highlander builds on the former-generation model’s excellent reputation for providing limber handling and a smooth, quiet ride. Four-ring independent suspension is via MacPherson struts in front and a dual-relationship strut rear suspension system. Sport-tuned exclusion on the Sport grade sharpens handling responses. Core Highlander models are equipped with standard 17-inch temper wheels with 245/65 R17 tires. Sport and Reduced models get standard 19-inch admixture wheels with 245/55 R19 tires. A direct drain pressure warning system is designed to alert the driver if difficulties in a tire drops to critical levels. All Highlander models are equipped with four-hoop disc brakes. On conventional Highlander 4WD models, full-without surcease four-wheel drive is available on all grades.
