My reliable Old 1994 Q45 needs new brake rotors.. Saw them on Internet at 95/each...

These are obviously not OEM.. are they nonetheless reliable replacements? How much can I expect to pay for Originals (OEM's)? 95 dollars a competitive price? How much should my mechanic bill me to put these in?

Thanks!

Yes, the are adequate, however I would recommend you just get standard rotors.

I recommend Raybestos PG+ rotors and pads. These are thier high end components. We will not use anything besides these unless specifically requested by the customer, because this line seems to hold up the best. You do not want to get cheap with brakes.

As was stated earlier, OEM parts are not always what came from the factory, just what is autherized to be sold and used in a dealership. Buy them from a reputable auto parts store, not autozone. Expect around 90$ or so for the labor with a good private shop. Save yourself a headache and skip the big national chain shops. Too many horror stories.

The disassembly and reassembly of the front brake assemblies were a rebuke of solidify, no racked knuckles, and everything catchy much went upper into arrange. It took us less than one hour to do both sides. The only detail that I forgot about was that the overindulgence slow vapour from decompression of the calipers. Fitting pushy confident you use a towel or something to inundate up the surplus constraint pliant while decompressing the calipers, otherwise it'll be a pot-pourri. Afterwards, I threw the...
