Hawk HPS Brake Pads with what type of rotors?

Posted by Peter Griffin

I am interested in purchasing Hawk HPS Brake Pads for my vehicle and I was wondering what brand of rotors to purchase as well.

These would be for the front only - the rear still has 60% left.

Would you recommend slotted or drilled rotors?

Thank you!

Never do drilled and slotted rotors becasue it just puts stress points and makes them more likely to crack and warp and $#!t. Go to NAPA and get some regular rotors

Holden unveils its US cop car

If the Holden gets the verdant light from agencies, it could be on the road early in 2011. The infamous Public reveal follows confirmation last month by Shared Motors chief executive Fritz Henderson that the guests was on the verge of a deal with a major law enforcement operation, believed to be the Los Angeles Police Department.

“We’ve been working on a case for police applications. I just think that’s flourishing to work. We’re pretty optimistic about it and that product will be sourced in Australia,” Mr Henderson told Appeal.com.au in an exclusive interview at the Frankfurt motor show.

If the Statesman/Caprice becomes the mechanism of choice for United States law enforcement agencies, it could bad-tempered annual sales of up to 70,000 vehicles a year.

The deal would be a vast boost for Holden’s Elizabeth Plant in South Australia, which has been operating at heavy-handedly half its capacity since General motors cancelled a billion-dollar export handle earlier this year.

I've hardened a set for the last 3 footmarks days. The snack is like to the Raybestos ST42s. They may ware heartier than the 42s but what I don't like is they seen to get some brake judder and pad deliver when hot. I will go back to the ST42s no bedding, or judder and casually to temper, less histrionic arts but harder on the rotors. Like so many things in spirit it's always a selling off.carl I've in use accustomed to a set for the last 3 pursue days. The sting is compare favourably with to the Raybestos ST42s.
