right now i have front disc brakes and rear drum brakes but i want to convert them to all disc brakes does anyone know where i can find a
conversion brake disc kit?
WHY???? I have driven 5 cars with 4 wheel disk brakes, (thats the way they came) when doing a brake job I would probably do 2 to 2-1/2 front sets before having to do the rear brakes. They don't do anywhere near 50% of the braking so they don't work that hard. Even the Lincoln Station wagon (over 6000 pounds of car) didnt come close to matching the wear on the rears that the fronts saw.
