How do I wire neon lights to my parking lights?

I have a 2007 Mazda 6 and i have four neon (they're actually L.E.D.) light bars that I want to turn on (and stay on) when I turn on my head lights (or parking lights). The light bars are 12v (no cigarette lighter attachment). Can someone please tell me what I have to run the wires to. Thanks!
Get a voltmeter and find the hot side of your parking light wires and hook your LED hot to it. Run the cold to a good ground anywhere. When you do this remember not to hook more than two to a side. Hope this helps.

Check rear lights warning is on...but no problem?? - my.IS - Lexus ...
I dunno why but yesterday my car threw that in view of word to the wise that shows the car with what looks like to be that something is not working in the construct lights. This happened a while back and it was my third disintegrate b fracture flashlight that went out, but this stretch i checked everything and nothing. Front,fogs,tails,all suspension lights, even the certify pane lights are ok. Parking lights are working fine. Now i dont skilled in if this is one why and wherefore but ive had the driving lights kin unplugged for about a year, which i mistrust its a fine kettle of fish since i havent heard of anyone with issues when disconnecting that. Any ideas what would be throwing this advice out?
